What are the changes being made to the Love Your Body Club programme?
We are making some changes to our longstanding and much-loved Love Your Body Club programme. These changes are all to improve your experience but, this means that from 30th April, for a short time, you will not be able to shop as a loyalty customer in retail spaces or online.
Please note the Love Your Body Club programme is now paused, as per the below changes.
What changes are being made?
From the 30th April, until June 2025 you will not be able to shop as a loyalty customer.
This means:
- Your points will be frozen in your account from 30th April, and you will not be able to gain any new points during this time.
- Your vouchers will be frozen in your account from 30th April, and you will not be able to spend them during this time.
- Your online account will not be available, but you will be sent an email on 30th April to let you know your points and voucher balance.
All your data will remain safe and we will have any outstanding vouchers ready when the programme is re-launched soon.
