What are the changes being made to the Love Your Body™ Club programme?
We announced some changes to the online version of the website earlier in the year. To summarise, those changes meant that the programme was no longer available on the website. As a result from 22nd January 2025 you can only gain loyalty points, use your Love Your Body Club vouchers and see your points & voucher status in our retail stores.
There are further changes being made as of 30th April 2025, meaning for a short period of time (until June 2025) the loyalty programme will also not be available in retail stores. To summarise this means that any loyalty vouchers or points balance on your account, will be frozen on 30th April, until the programme is relaunched in June.
