Once you receive your dispatch email, if your parcel is being delivered by Evri they'll be able to offer you the choice of nominating a safe place or neighbour to deliver your parcel to if you can't be home. Ahead of your delivery by Evri, you should receive 2hr ETA on deliveries by either email, SMS or the Evri app. If you're goodies are being delivered by DPD you can also divert your parcel, head to their website using your tracking link to find out more.
