You can find tracking information and order history in the ‘My Account’ section. You will need to log in to your account to view these details.
When your order has been placed you will receive two email updates from The Body Shop:
- Confirmation email: After your order has been placed, confirming your order. This can take up to 24 hours
- Dispatch email: Sent when your order has been packed, shipped and is on its way to you. There is a tracking reference link which you can use to track the progress of your order.
Please note: If you have checked out as a guest, you will need to wait for your dispatch email to track your order.
